இது இந்தியாவை உலகின் மிக வேகமாக வளரும் பெரிய பொருளாதாரமாக ஆக்குகிறது, குறிப்பாக சீனாவின் தொற்றுநோய்க்கு பிறகு தான் குறைந்துள்ளது. ஆனால் இந்தியாவில் அடிப்படை தேவைகள் இன்னும் மாறவில்லை வேதனையாக உள்ளது.

சமீபத்திய தரவுகளின்படி, 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டின் ஏப்ரல்-ஜூன் காலாண்டில் அண்டை நாடுகளான பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி சீனா 6.30% உள்ள போதிலும்,  இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதாரம் 7.8% ஆக வளர்ந்தது, இது ஒரு வருடத்தில் மிக வேகமாக உள்ளது.


இந்த ஈர்க்கக்கூடிய வளர்ச்சிக்கு பங்களித்த சில காரணிகள் வலுவான சேவை செயல்பாடு, வலுவான தேவை மற்றும் மூலதனச் செலவுகள். வர்த்தகம், போக்குவரத்து, 

நிதி மற்றும் ரியல் எஸ்டேட் ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய சேவைத் துறையானது முந்தைய காலாண்டில்,8.50% இருந்த நிலையில் தற்போது 12.20% ஆல் வளர்ந்துள்ளது. கட்டுமான நடவடிக்கையும் விவிரிவடைந்து உள்ளது.
